This 1920’s built house has been fully renovated into a gorgeous ranch home. Situated on 2 acres, the whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Desert Sky Ranch is located only 20 minutes to Palm Springs; 30 minutes to Joshua Tree and only 25 minutes to COACHELLA FEST!!

This 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom pool home is the perfect desert getaway for large groups. If you are looking for a peaceful vacation away from the busy hustle and bustle of the city, then you’ve found your spot. Desert Sky Ranch provides a rustic, yet modern place to relax and take in the 360 degree view of the mountains, breathtaking sunsets, and star filled evening sky. We provide an abundance of outdoor activities and games to keep you entertained throughout your stay!
Located only 20 minutes from Palm Springs (downtown and airport) allows you to easily get to the main city, yet far enough to enjoy your own private vacation without the restrictive noise ordinance of Palm Springs.

There is an optional daily charge of $150 for pool and spa heating. Spa only, is $70 per day. We encourage responsible use of this amenity of turning off the spa when not in use. If you need the pool heated upon your arrival, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready to go when you arrive. Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.

Parties or events are not allowed on the property.
Smoking is not allowed in the house or outside near open doors or windows. Failure to comply will result in an additional cleaning fee of USD 1000
In accordance with county regulations, moderate outdoor music is permitted with quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. m. until 7:00 a.m. m Quiet hours apply to outdoor noise. Although the properties in this area are fairly spread out, noise is a factor and we want to respect the full-time residents.
We are located 25 miles from the Empire Polo Club (event location). If you are in need of transportation to events, there are several private transportation companies that pick up from this area with prior arrangement. We will be happy to provide you with the information so you can coordinate transportation.
If you require special accommodations with early check-in or late check-out, we will be happy to assist you AS AVAILABLE. The early arrival fee is $75 and payment must be provided upon request. Late check-out requests cannot be accommodated easily as our staff needs sufficient time to sanitize and clean prior to the arrival of the next guests. In the event that we do not have a reservation after yours, we will be happy to accommodate for a fee of $75 and move our housekeeping team to a later time or help you extend your stay for the day or night at a special rate.
When possible, put your trash in the outdoor trash cans, start a load in the dishwasher, and start a load of pool towels (if applicable) in the washing machine. It is the request requested by our cleaning team and they appreciate it immensely. With the CDC guidelines, which we follow, they have many more tasks to complete and this helps them be timely for all guests. Thank you so much!
Easy self check-in process using a keyless entry system. There is ample parking on the property. Guests will be able to access the entire property apart from the locked garage.
Please note that the property's outdoor land remains a work in progress. We are developing certain areas of the land. We have lots of fun improvements coming soon!
When booking this property, please note that it is located in a more rural part of the Coachella Valley and the nearest grocery store is about 15 minutes away. Most food delivery services (i.e. Grub Hub, Uber Eats, etc.) are available in this area. There are a few small farms in the area, so it is not unusual to hear cows, horses and roosters in the distance.
Our ranch manager lives on the property next door and is available 24/7 if needed

We had such a wonderful weekend at The Havana house! Christina was a wonderful host and was very responsive whenever we had a question about our stay. The house looked just like the pictures and I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the Palm Springs area!

Where are you going to stay?
Desert Sky Ranch is located in a quiet rural area of the Coachella Valley. All properties/homes are on 2+ acres of land, so you will have no direct neighbors. This area is a sort of farming community, so you may hear animal noises (sheep, horses, cows, etc.) in the distance. This is the perfect place to get away from city life and enjoy the true beauty of the desert. You can stargaze for days!
How to move
The best way to get around is by car. We offer plenty of free secure parking on site. Uber/Lyft services may be available in the area. The streets are paved if you want to ride a bike.

House Rules
You will be staying in someone else’s home, so treat it with care and respect.
- Arrival from 3:00 p.m.
- Departure before 11:00.
- Self check-in with keypad.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties or events are not allowed.
- Unauthorized commercial photography.
- No smoking.
- Absolutely no smoking inside the house. You can't climb the ladder that is attached to the barn frame! It is more decorative and not meant for climbing.
- Gather used towels.
- Take out the trash.
- Turn off the devices.
- Please close and lock the front door after all vehicles have left the property.
